Juli 2006 musste der Musikverein von seinem Ehrenmitglied Herrn Werner Metz f\u00fcr immer Abschied nehmen. Im Jahre 1952 kurz nach der Gr\u00fcndung trat Herr Metz dem noch jungen Verein bei und half beim Aufbaut tatkr\u00e4ftig mit. In den Siebziger Jahren fungierte Herr Metz lange Zeit als Kassenpr\u00fcfer. Bei vielen Festen stand er mit seiner aktiven Hilfe immer bereit. Im Jahr 2004 durften wir Ihm zu seinem 75. Geburtstag, obwohl er gesundheitlich schon sehr angeschlagen war, mit einem musikalischen St\u00e4ndchen erfreuen. Als treuer Freund der Blas und Volksmusik wurde er mit der silbernen und goldenen Ehrennadel des Blasmusikverband Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg ausgezeichnet und f\u00fcr seine langj\u00e4hrige Treue zum Musikverein zum Ehrenmitglied ernannt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #555555; font-family: Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: x-small;\">Vereinsmitglied Karin Pittich sprach im Namen der Trachtenkapelle die Anteilnahme aus und legte als \u00e4u\u00dferes Zeichen der Trauer und Verbundenheit an seiner Bahre ein Blumengebinde nieder.
